I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Fisk University. From July 2024 to July 2025, I served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics at University of California, Irvine, under the mentorship of Prof. Connor Mooney. During Sep. 2021 to June 2024, I was a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Department of Mathematics at Vanderbilt University, under the mentorship of Prof. Gieri Simonett. My Ph.D. training took place at the Department of Mathematics at Purdue University, under the guidance of Prof. Changyou Wang.
Starting Fall 2025, I will be joining Fisk University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor.
My research interests center on the analysis of partial differential equations (PDEs) with a particular focus on their applications in artificial intelligence, including the design and optimization of machine learning algorithms through PDE analysis. I also explore related areas such as the hydrodynamics of complex fluids, calculus of variations, geometric flows, and stochastic analysis.
